Who is CrossFit For?

What does a CrossFit Class look like?

Here is an example CrossFit session:
Warm up:
10 shoulder taps.
20m Burpee broad jumps.
200m Treadmill run.
Strength:
Strict Press 5 x 8​
Workout:
3 rounds of 500m Row, 12 Deadlifts & 21 Box jumps

How many times should I do CrossFit per week?

It depends on your experience and goals.​

New to CrossFit? Start with 2-3 sessions per week to allow your body to adapt.

Regular gym-goer? Training 3-5 times per week will help you see noticeable improvements.

Experienced athlete? You can train 5+ times per week, balancing intensity with recovery.
